The main production and processing of quick-frozen foods (quick-frozen fish balls, minced meat, dishes), aquatic products (sea cucumber, abalone). There are 380 employees, including 47 with college degree or above, 37 main management personnel, and 26 research and development personnel. The existing standard workshop is 7000 square meters, the office area is 1037 square meters, and the dormitory building and supporting facilities are about 3000 square meters.

The company currently has production equipment for surimi products: 12 automatic production lines, 2 automatic quick freezers (IQF), 5 quick-freezing rooms, and the daily processing capacity of surimi products and meat products reaches 120 tons, and the annual output reaches 21,600 tons. One of the core enterprises of "Fuzhou Fish Ball Capital"; owns sea cucumber and abalone breeding bases and production lines for dried sea cucumbers, dried abalones and ready-to-eat sea cucumbers, annually processing more than 2,000 tons of fresh sea cucumbers, producing about 25 tons of dried sea cucumbers and more than 600 tons of ready-to-eat sea cucumbers Processing more than 600 tons of fresh abalone; processing 4000 tons of quick-frozen aquatic products.
