An Open Letter to All Employees of Saneheld
Dear Shengtian Partners and all our beloved Shengtian employees:
At this critical juncture, as the COVID‑19 situation remains grave and all Chinese people are united in their fight against the virus, the people of Shengtian share your concerns and stand shoulder to shoulder with you in this common struggle.
At present, in response to the latest directives from the CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping, and in an effort to meet the needs of distributors nationwide and frontline consumers, Shengtian Food is going all out, working closely with local governments, and proactively carrying out all preparatory measures to resume work and production and ensure supply.
When times are dire, true integrity is revealed; in peril, heroes shine. In this darkest hour, as the virus rages and dark clouds threaten our cities, we—every member of the Shengtian family, whether a frontline employee, a distributor partner, or one of the millions of ordinary end‑users—stand united. At this very moment, in this very situation, our hearts are one, and our destinies are intertwined. Each of us is but one among the countless ordinary Chinese people; our hearts are bound inseparably to our motherland, to the people in the epidemic‑stricken areas, and to the unwavering resolve to fight this battle to the very end—connected by mountains and rivers.
In order to unite as one and overcome these difficult times together;
Shengtian Foods hereby issues the following initiative:
I. For the ultimate and complete victory of our nationwide fight against the virus, we call on all residents of Shengtian to heed the nation’s call: those who can work from home should stay home; those who can operate on a limited basis each day to ensure the basic supply of local markets should do so within the prescribed hours. Let us strive to bring the virus under thorough control as soon as possible.
II. The Katta Fish Paste Division is already working at full capacity to ensure the smooth operation of production and logistics. All Katta employees are urged to actively promote awareness, enhance communication, and unite as one to collectively navigate these challenging times.
III. We once again earnestly appeal to all Shengtian partners across the country to mobilize every available social resource and coordinate, in an orderly manner, all necessary approvals and customs clearance procedures upon our logistics’ arrival on site, thereby ensuring the timely and reliable supply to local markets and contributing, in our own modest way, to the ultimate victory of the nationwide fight against the epidemic.
IV. Crisis is crisis, and within crisis lies opportunity. Let us all seize the lessons this crisis has to offer, excel in customer service, and strengthen our distribution networks, so that, once the storm has passed, we can forge a healthier business environment for Shengtian.
V. Mindset is paramount, confidence is key, and science must guide our fight against the epidemic. As long as we trust the government and the experts, the pandemic will surely pass soon. To those of you who have resumed work and production, please prioritize safety: strictly follow the guidance of local authorities and medical institutions, take thorough personal protective measures, and stock up on both antiviral supplies and daily necessities. While ensuring stable market supply, let us leave no room for the virus to continue spreading its harm.
Winter will always pass, and spring will always come; no virus is unbeatable, and no crisis is insurmountable. With one heart and one mind, united as one fortress, there is no challenge that the Chinese people cannot overcome.
As people of Katta, we firmly believe: “ Without enduring the bitter cold that chills one to the bone, how could the plum blossom exude its fragrant scent? “Every moment of crisis gives rise to new hope and opportunity. As long as all of us at Shengtian join hands and work together with one heart, the bright spring is just around the corner.”
When the flowers are in full bloom and the spring tide is at its peak, let’s meet in Fuqing—don’t miss it! All of us at Shengtian will be eagerly waiting at our new factory in Fuqing, warmly welcoming friends from every corner of the world back home!!!
