Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement human resources policies covering recruitment, training, compensation, insurance, benefits, and performance appraisal; establish and maintain personnel records, and handle the preparation and updating of employment contracts; execute operational procedures and enforce relevant regulations and policies across all HR functions; gather information on labor‑related policies and statutory requirements; manage the recruitment process, coordinating and processing matters such as hiring, onboarding, termination, transfers, and promotions; collaborate on new‑employee orientation programs, arrange external training, and monitor and provide feedback on training outcomes; oversee payroll processing and annual wage‑bill reporting, and administer applicable social insurance contributions; foster positive employee relations, mediate interactions between employees and management, and organize employee‑focused activities.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field; at least two years of experience in human resources; thorough familiarity with the operational procedures of all HR functions, as well as with relevant national labor and personnel laws and policies, and the ability to apply them in practice; strong professional ethics; reliable and steady; meticulous in work; highly responsible; excellent communication and coordination skills; a strong team‑oriented mindset; proficient in common office software and possessing basic networking knowledge.
Benefits:
Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, with a cap of RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe. Employees also receive attendance bonuses, seniority awards, year-end bonuses, midnight snack allowances, travel subsidies for returning home for the Spring Festival, employee referral incentives, gifts on holidays and birthdays, annual health checkups, and group outdoor activities.
