Qualifications:
Computer-related major; high school diploma or higher; experience in website development; proficient in Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver.
ASP, Java, SQL, HTML; operation and marketing promotion of B2B and B2C websites; strong communication and teamwork skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and a quick learning ability.
Benefits:
Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, with a maximum cap of RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe.
