As the company grows, it offers undergraduate interns and recent graduates a robust career‑advancement pathway, with the potential to be promoted to team lead within as little as six months. In the early stages, training is primarily conducted in group sessions; later, individual role assignments are finalized based on personal preferences and the company’s performance‑evaluation criteria.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; majors in Marketing or Food Safety Testing preferred; hardworking and able to travel on business; aligned with the company’s corporate culture and compliant with company policies.
Career progression paths: For production operators, quality control specialists, laboratory analysts, and R&D personnel—team leader, supervisor, manager, or director; for marketing staff, sales representatives, and planners—manager or director.
Benefits:
Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, with a cap of RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe.
