Job Responsibilities:
Managing, classifying, organizing, filing, and safeguarding sales contracts and other relevant documents; preparing and drafting monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports and analyses on various sales metrics, and providing timely updates on sales performance; collecting, collating, and summarizing market trends, and producing analytical reports; assisting the Sales Manager with handling incoming phone calls, promptly relaying customer information when sales representatives are unavailable, and ensuring proper follow-up; managing departmental administrative tasks, including maintaining records of internal meetings and other related duties.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher; strong personal presence and professional demeanor. Candidates with experience as a sales assistant or in statistical roles will be given priority. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly responsible. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software. Possesses a strong service mindset and the ability to thrive under significant work pressure. Quick-thinking, adaptable, and equipped with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Benefits:
Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, with a cap of RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe. Employees also receive an attendance bonus, seniority award, year-end bonus, midnight snack allowance, travel subsidies for returning home for the Spring Festival, employee referral bonuses, gifts on holidays and birthdays, annual health checkups, and group outdoor activities.
