Job Responsibilities:
Effectively maintain and continuously optimize the company’s distribution channels, while developing new regional distributor clients and expanding into new sales channels.
Maintain a well‑organized customer visit log to nurture and strengthen client relationships. Collaborate with the regional team to achieve quarterly and annual performance targets.
Job Requirements:
Open to both genders, aged 20–40. Candidates with a marketing background are preferred; those with relevant experience in the food industry will be given priority. Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license are required. Must be hardworking, resilient, dedicated to one’s job, and possess strong professional ethics. Excellent communication and logical thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to follow instructions and adapt to the direction of superiors.

Benefits:
Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, with a cap of RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe.
