Job Responsibilities:
Approve financial revenues and expenditures, review special‑purpose financial reports and accounting statements, and co‑sign major financial plans and economic contracts; prepare and implement budgets, participate in the formulation of funding‑raising and utilization strategies, and ensure the efficient use of funds; examine accounting information provided externally by the company; audit accounting statements submitted by the headquarters and all subordinate units, as well as group‑level accounting statements; prepare comprehensive financial analysis reports and specialized analytical reports to provide reliable support for corporate decision‑making; develop internal financial and accounting policies and operating procedures, and, upon approval, organize their implementation and oversee compliance; and coordinate the preparation and execution of the company’s financial revenue‑expenditure plan, credit plan, and cost‑and‑expense plan.
Qualifications:
Major in accounting or a related field; associate’s degree or higher. At least 2 years of work experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked at enterprises registered as general taxpayers. Detail-oriented, dedicated, hardworking, and possessing strong professional ethics. Quick-thinking, highly receptive, capable of independent problem-solving, and adept at summarizing and reflecting on work experience. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office; candidates with hands-on experience using financial systems such as Kingdee or UFIDA will be given priority. Excellent communication skills. Candidates holding an Accounting Practitioner Certificate, and those who also possess an Entry-Level Accountant Qualification Certificate, will be given preferential consideration.
Benefits:
Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, with a cap of RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe.
