Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for routine maintenance, scheduled inspections, and preventive upkeep; undertaking construction work and the installation of power distribution lines; conducting timely patrols and promptly addressing any issues discovered; and managing the maintenance and repair of all internal electrical machinery and equipment.
Qualifications:
Good health; under 45 years of age; at least two years of work experience and holding an intermediate-level or higher electrician’s license; strong expertise in electrical maintenance; capable of managing transformer and distribution facilities; thoroughly familiar with safety and operational standards; highly disciplined, responsible, and possessing strong execution, communication, and learning abilities.
Benefits:
Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, with a cap of RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe.
