Job Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections of the quality of raw and auxiliary materials. Implement quality control throughout the production process. Verify that workshop operations comply with product‑specific process requirements. Be responsible for daily product inspections and affix appropriate status labels to inspected products; perform inspection duties and complete the corresponding inspection record forms; track the resolution of any issues identified during inspection; and compile and analyze inspection data on a monthly basis.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher; experience in product‑line inspection within the food industry; proficient in the use of measuring instruments; capable of preliminarily identifying the root causes of major issues encountered during outgoing inspections; strong sense of responsibility, with solid communication, coordination, and analytical‑problem‑solving skills.
Benefits:
Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, with a cap of RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe.
