Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for laboratory management and coordination among production departments; ensures rational division of labor, clear assignment of responsibilities, rigorous quality control, and timely completion of testing tasks. Monitors microbiological and physicochemical parameters in raw and auxiliary materials, semi‑finished products, finished products, and production processes at the meat processing plant, conducts relevant analyses, and issues inspection reports promptly. Oversees the management, maintenance, and upkeep of laboratory instruments and equipment. Manages laboratory chemicals, reagents, and hazardous materials. Regularly maintains laboratory cleanliness, ensuring that floors, walls, glass surfaces, doors and windows, workbenches, and all instruments and equipment are kept clean and hygienic.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher; in good health; age 22–38; candidates with a background in food science or bioengineering are preferred; highly responsible, clear‑minded, and proactive.
Benefits:
Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, with a maximum cap of RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe.
