Job Responsibilities:
Compile and submit statistical reports, maintain and update the statistical data platform, and ensure the confidentiality and proper archiving of statistical records.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or above; candidates with relevant work experience; proficient in the operation and application of statistical analysis software, with basic programming skills; diligent and responsible, able to perform well under pressure, and possessing strong teamwork skills.
Benefits:
Attendance Award: 100 yuan per month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, capped at RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe.
