Job Responsibilities:
Materials management: performing daily tasks such as receiving, put-away, storage, inventory counts, reconciliation, order picking, verification, and shipment; maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of warehouse stock and facilities; safeguarding and archiving relevant documentation; compiling and filing warehouse data, managing accounting records, and entering system data; and handling other assignments as directed by the department supervisor.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher in a logistics or warehousing-related field; prior experience in the food industry preferred; proficient in warehouse receiving and shipping procedures, with solid knowledge and skills in materials management; strong team player, dedicated and highly responsible, able to work hard and endure physical demands. Candidates who can operate electric forklifts are given priority. Experience in the frozen‑food sector is a plus.
Benefits:
Full-Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, with a maximum cap of RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe.
