Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing training programs and driving continuous improvement; establishing and optimizing the training system, including building internal and external instructor pools, curriculum repositories, test banks, and case libraries; developing and refining the company’s annual training plan and overseeing its execution; coordinating internal and external instructor resources, reviewing courses, and ensuring training delivery; preparing the company’s Annual Training Plan based on the results of training needs assessments; guiding relevant departments in the implementation and execution of all training initiatives; and managing training records and assessments in accordance with ISO quality management system requirements.
Job Requirements:
Able to embrace the company’s corporate culture; associate degree or higher; candidates with a background in management, finance, or auditing are preferred.
3+ years of work experience; candidates with experience at a publicly listed company are preferred. Prior experience in ISO system implementation is a plus, as is familiarity with core business processes such as procurement, sales, and financial management. Strong capabilities in business planning and organizational coordination, coupled with a keen sense of risk management and robust analytical insight, are essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong execution and initiative, possess excellent written communication skills, and be highly proficient in office software applications.
Benefits:
Attendance Bonus: 100 yuan/month.
Length-of-Service Bonus: RMB 100 per month for the first six months; thereafter, an additional RMB 50 per month for each subsequent six-month period, capped at RMB 500.
Year-end bonus: A cumulative year-end bonus system, with an estimated monthly amount of at least RMB 360, paid out before the Spring Festival holiday.
Referral Bonus: For each new hire referred by an existing employee, both the referrer and the referred employee will receive a reward of RMB 300 per person after completing three months of employment. Additionally, if both parties remain employed for another three months, they will each receive an extra RMB 300, and the referred employee will receive an additional RMB 10.
The company provides free accommodation and three meals a day. Dorm rooms accommodate four people, with separate rooms for couples, each equipped with a private balcony, bathroom, shower, laundry area, air conditioning, and a personal wardrobe. Employees also receive attendance bonuses, seniority awards, year-end bonuses, midnight snack allowances, travel subsidies for returning home for the Spring Festival, employee referral incentives, gifts on holidays and birthdays, annual health checkups, and group outdoor activities. The residential area features a supermarket, televisions, and recreational facilities.
